"Like you spy for the Statesman Journal, DeAnn Major spies for the CIA" "you're being set up to look psychotic"

This is the first message ever beamed into my head after the CIA/US DOJ was caught by myself spying illegally during their CRIPA investigation at the Oregon State Hospital in 2008; I caught hospital staffers on camera/audio with the hospital security equipment, discussing they technology they had outside of the building being used to spy on me. At this point I was subject to assaults and abuses from staff, and I vigorously documented dates and times on the security footage to expose this, sent to emails to the FBI and State Police and Governors Office in Oregon. The state covered all these incidents up due to lack of liability insurance, and in August of 2008 I was subject to directed-energy weapons attacks, and the "Voice of God" weapon. Diane Feinstein. I cannot possibly document every method of harassment, assault, and torture I have been through since, or by all what methods. I just know that I was set up to look mentally ill, and daily experience masturbation sessions with directed-energy, and injuries being inflicted onto my brain and body, confirmed by my doctors. I have been gang-stalked, controlled by local officials, and the police; I have been beat up and set up by those involved; I have been put in jail and tortured with this weapon, literally being overloaded with noise, radiation, sound, images, and dream simulations. I am going to die, my diagnosis is Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. I am hooked up with CIA/DOD/US DOJ operative "Dr. Robert Duncan" who helped develop some of these weapons. He confirms his belief that I am a target, and it may go on for ever, the so called "eternal" battle. He describes the CIA, DOD, NSA, US DOJ, FBI, US Air Force using an energy weapon on me, and that I'm up against "ruthless computer program and people". .. Please tell me you are concerned by how much power the CIA has over you, and that you fear they might try to take your life, or that they're hiding their crime and conduct from you. Please tell me because how could they get away with using these radar and satellite weapons on people for so long, and nobody do anything about it?

I did speak to a women or two at your office. They know who I am. I called last week, I got it all recorded. The first women acted like she knew what I may be talking about, calling this an "interrogation technique"  which might be what it is. They hurt the fuck out of me, keep me in their control, torture, and spy on me to continuously see how many different fucked up responses they can get out of me, even though I didn't do anything wrong. They wait for me to die, or for a false criminal conviction if they arrest and try to frame me.

They have technology that wirelessly links their brains and allows citizens brainwaves to be watched. They have directed-energy systems to target any point in space, to hurt, slow-kill, torture, and mind control people. It does not matter what they do, or where they go, the system can target any point in space, perhaps all over the country. It's inescapable.

I have a psychiatric eval saying I have no delusion or psychosis, and all my history says that too. I was set up to hide crimes by the State Hospital and US DOJ in 2008; the US DOJ was at OSH and is still in Oregon conducting their "ADA/CRIPA" investigation on the state. They have made reports that detail grave abuse in the mental health system in Oregon, and have no done anything about it. They helped cover up my case, including the Bonita Tucker scandal, in which an OSH staffer sexually abused me, smuggled in drugs to hospital patients, and was in a romantic relationship with another patient named David Anderson. I reported witnessing all this, and staffers covered it all up. My release from this hospital was sabotaged, and after one year and numerous abuses, this staff member was caught doing all the things I said she did, including aiding in multiple patients escapes and security members paid thousands of dollars to help smuggling in drugs and contraband. The state knew this, did not arrest any of the staffers involved, did not fire Bonita Tucker or anybody; instead let her resign, and then protected her for more than a year. Bonita Tucker eventually married David Anderson, and mailed him morphine and amphetamine, at which point the state gave her charges but hid my and others cases. Another patient was framed for smuggling in the drugs that Bonita Tucker did at OSH; he was charged, she was not.

The state had this technology at OSH at least in 2007, and came after me using it. I suddenly noticed staffers able to tell what was going on in the shower, in my private thoughts, and on the telephone. Harassment went on, staffers calling me names like a "borderline bitch" and threatening to "take care of me" and to make sure "everyone knew who I was and that someone would kill me" and other things. Staff also let David Anderson assault and beat me up on camera, and other staff members participated, let him do it. Various incidents occurred to cover incident after incident up.

By May 2008 is when staffers discussed there being a "live wire" at OSH; and I was one of the targets, being spied on, with technology they claimed was "outside of the building" that could focus on "just me". I noticed staffers had ability to communicate without radios, like would sit in chairs in the hallway and somehow have thoughts beamed into their head.

This is a type of mind reading/altering radar system, that many call "TAMI" or "Thought Amplifier and Mind Interface" and it was invented by Robert Malech in 1974 and was patented then. By 1976, Dr. Robert Duncan claims this was deployed in all radar and satellite systems to spy on people and commit psychic warfare. Duncan personally helped design some parts of the system, including "heart rate tracking, breathe rate, and license plates" from space/satellites. In the EMF spectrum, they can watch people under cover of buildings, and read their evoked potentials, ie neuron signals, map out the electrical activity, and this allows thought to be read and decoded by computer. What you see, hear, think, feel, dream, and more; all of this can also be beamed into peoples heads, a technique called EEG hederodyning or EEG protection, where a computerized EEG signal or waveform is directed into a persons brain/nerves, allowing total remote control, sound, video, dreams, and motor control commands + more to be beamed into a person. Furthermore, a person can be remotely controlled, by having an agent basically imprint their own thoughts and impulses onto a person, for example to torture the person or to make them kill or take our certain actions.

Dr. Robert Duncan's 3 books including The Matrix Deciphered and Project: Soul Catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare Revealed. This guy Dr. Duncan has the most expensive education money can buy, including degrees from Darthmouth, MIT, and Harvard, and he went to from out of Harvard for the CIA. He has interviewed dozens of victims, says that he empowered the dark side, and they his work is being misused. He claims he left the company; in 2006ish he also went to 23 congressional offices seeking help, after interviewing over 650 victims. He was turned down for help at every corner apparently, and these abuses and psychic warfare attacks continue today.
