I am a whistleblower who was targeted by the US DOJ and CIA and NSA and State of Oregon and Pentagon and US Homeland Security and Secret Service with torture and illegal surveillance. State was protecting Bonita Tucker, and her patient lover David Anderson and continued to do so despite article. Staffers discussed that "they" thought the state lacked liability insurance, and used this technology to "violate his rights, just to say he does/doesn't have ADHD.". They said my case had been hidden from a judge in the Bonita Tucket case due to the lack of liability insurance. They said "the judge already made his decision" and stole legal notes from me with details about Bonita Tucker where I wrote out all the details, and hid and destroyed them to cover it up. Assaults and abuses started to happen, staffers came into my room and beat me bloody, and state covered it up claiming I attacked myself. Here is the dismissal: An attorney said he believed William Warnisher did not want to give me the chance to testify for fear of the truth getting out, so the case was dismissed. Attorney Andrew Ross's comments: " Today, Deputy District Attorney Bill Warnisher notified me that he is dropping the misdemeanor assault case against you. There will be no trial on March 12. Perhaps at the end of the day he was afraid that you would be able to expose THE TRUTH about what's been happening to you, if he let you speak before a jury." Therefore I was illegally prosecuted and they had me falsely imprisoned. I was also denied my right to trial, and effective counsel that refused to investigate and left me to die (all conversations between me and him recorded). Lots of complex issues with this case. I truly know that many attorney's are locally involved, and there is not much I can do to get help unless I go elsewhere. Please call me back / respond. I need protection.
