Dear Kate Brown. Are you interested in or can you help with crime being committed by the Oregon Governors Office, or the police in Oregon? I want to bring attention to you of my situation, and website. I was set up by the CIA, US DOJ and Oregon during their 2008 investigation at the state hospital. I was caught in a big scandal, staff member Bonita Tucker sexually abused me, lied about our encounters, and the staff and state helped frame me to look psychotic to hide this. my approved release was sabotage, and this women went on to aid two patient escapes, smuggling in tons of drugs, and the state didn't arrest or fire her. she resigned, state protected her, and tried to cover the situation up. the state engaged in deliberate abuse towards me to hide it, including spying on me with what I know now is technology called synthetic telepathy or Remote Neural Monitoring. They were using it at the hospital in 2008, staff members covering linked up with Electronic Brain Link - a brain computer interface with several mile ranges, which allows neurons to be read from afar, including all the electrical activity in the brain and body, allowing all your thoughts to be read from afar. it also does remote nerve and brain/body manipulation using microwaves, allowing messages, though, sound, video, etc to be beamed into the mind. staff were using it for covert communication, to spy on me illegally. the staff ram sacked legal paperwork, talked about why I was set up on camera. "why did they hide his case? they think the state lacks liability insurance, the judge already made his decision, and the notes of his are too incriminating" - staff members stole and hide my notes on 48B. they discussed there being technology outside of the building being used to spy on me and violate my rights. they assaulted me and began a cover up to hide the abuse going on. in August of 2008, they tried to murder me with this technology, using it to flood my body with photons and microwave energy. I began to convulse, go into shock, nearly died. staff members covered up my abuse, and mutilation with this weapon. the first messages they beamed into my head were "no one has ever made it this far.. like you spy for the statesman journal, DeAnn Major spys for the CIA" "you're being set up to look psychotic" - . this women from DRO, named DeAnn Major helped frame me, and set me up. she said the "technology exists" when I informed her of spying, she told me not to write any tort notices or grievances, etc. she was protecting the hospital. Bonita Tucker got into some trouble only after the newspaper ran an article, and she got caught smuggling in more amphetamine and morphine. the state hid my case at her trial, as well as the case of John Eastman, a patient who she used to traffic drugs at the hospital, who was framed for what she did. the governors office was involved in my set up, they tried to arrange a secret settlement of $16.4 million, but it fell through because I refused to cooperate. I told them it was criminal what they were doing, "oh, you're trying to criminalize us?" they raped and abused me, and left me for a dead crippled man. I have been at the center of state wide conspiracy to hide this since, many people in the state police, springfield city, Eugene, lane county involved. many cops, sheriffs, this weapon is being used to keep me sick. I have badly swollen damaged brain, etc. I have microwaves and electromagnetic radiation penetrating my body now, they rape and sexually abuse me. this technology is used for remote human sabotage and abuse. please look up all the details on my website.

look up this file on NSA Whistleblower Russell Tice and this technology. they have it and would do anything to protect it. I was targeted for trying to expose the spying and abuse with it at the state hospital. I hear all the security footage was saved, and on it you will find staff openly abusing me, me getting assaulted, staff discussing my set up, and doing the set up. suffocating me on camera, and more. there are pictures of my face when staff member Jeff Hodson violently beat me, my face was swollen and bloody, and he had been making fun of me constantly, talking about the scandal going on, calling me names with other staff, etc, laughing about it all. OIT hid the incident, covered it up, but the pictures and video still exist. Jeff committed assaulted 1/2 and OIT hid it so that no one got in trouble, so that no one outside of the hospital would be involved. any attorney would have easily dug into this and saw all the evidence of what was going on, and OIT helped cover this up. also, the state would have been forced to prosecute itself if anyone was to get accused of or exposed for a crime. there was evidence of them using this weapon and spy technology at the hospital, and that was what they didn't want people to see. I have a copy of email logs I sent to DHS admin and the governors office about this abuse in 2008, the email was delivered to the state police, governors office, FBI, and Robert Nickel/DHS admin. Robert promised an investigation, but it never happened, OIT used their resources to cover it up.
