I know the US DOJ, NSA, and CIA have access to this system. I was made a target for abuse for trying to expose it in 2008; here it is: the mother of all US surveillance abuses: the NSA has, in collaboration with the DoD, US DOJ, CIA, and police and state governments nation wide; massively deployed Remote Neural Monitoring, the ability to see and hear though walls, do remote particle and atomic imaging, and stimulation of nerves and objects through the walls with microwaves and other energy. They can read bioelectromagnetic energy, reading the signals produces by individual neurons, and recombine this information with computers, to see, hear, feel, what you do, explore memory, monitor dreams, everything in your mind is available remotely with this system. And it can all be manipulated; cops, FBI, CIA, they use this for communication, linking up, covert mind to computer, mind to mind via remote computer, and other special forms of communication. The computer system helps them coordinate attacks and operations, and they are also spying on everyone with it. And, additionally, I was targeted for simulated psychosis, torture, and abuse for trying to expose it. I caught OSH staff on camera discussing this technology, the scandal with the staff: a staffer had sexually abuse me, covered it up for years, and she went on to later aid to patient escapes, smuggling in morphine, amphetamine, etc and more. the state lacked liability insurance, and set me up. one of the first messages I heard was "like you spy for the statesman journal, DeAnn Major spys for the CIA" and "you're being set up to look psychotic" - microwaves flooded my body, and I began to convulse and go into shock. They can do remote nerve manipulation, but also particle, tissue, and atomic manipulation with microwaves and photons, radiation - heat, chill, move tissue around. I nearly died, it was a murder attempt by the CIA/DOJ and state. for five years now, I have been in the control of the state and CIA. out on the streets, CIA agents follow me everywhere, gang stalking, and they set me up. I am living in an electromagnetic shield now.. they are sexually abusing me, raping me, daily, different stimulation to my body, over long distances. they are going to kill me, and I have injury consistent with microwave exposure. extreme swelling, dehydration, constriction, and other injury from repetitive injury. my brain is badly damaged, etc. before they did this, I only had a diagnosis of ADHD and depression, no history of psychotic symptoms. got an evaluation up on my site confirming my diagnosis back then. Dr. Suckow, who barred OSH from medicating me, and tried to protect me from abuse. video and audio was saved from 2008, I need someone to help get it and investigate, it will catch the staff on OSH unit 48B doing all this, talking about it, and abusing me deliberately. the state police, FBI Agent Roberts, Amanda Marshall, David Deutch, Robert Koch, who were all involved in the US DOJ investigation at OSH in 2008. state police Officer Scott Yucker, Lane County Sheriff Thomas Turner, Springfield Police Grice and Bazates who beat me up and helped set me up, Governor Kitzhaber, President Obama, all are directly involved in this. I would like to tell me more. Please tell me you can help.. Russell Tice is who interests me, he sounds a bit paranoid though unless he can come out and talk more about his space systems work. I want him to break the NSA NDA he signed and tell us more. Remote Neural Monitoring can work via space based satellites which focus on radio wave energy produced by the neurons, or it can work in ground based systems with CMOS optical sensors, small compact but dense antennas and sensors for remote EEG and fMRI.
