got the link to the bill right here for reviewers. it's a great bill. look at the provision that would have banned information weapons, psychotronic weapons, and energy weapons that remotely injure and mentally main or abuse. these weapons are real, and there should have been no problem having them banned if people weren't into abusing them. The USA refused to ban these weapons on 3 different occasions, when this bill come up in 2001, 2002, and 2005; the NSA had already developed much of the system that's in place today, and now there is rampant abuse.
