Dear Neurologist: I know my situation seems complex. I hope as a neurologist that you have some insight into the brains electromagnetic system; it is an electrochemical system after all. it may give you some insight into how these technologies and abuses can occur. ie, the neurotransmitters store have a magnetic charge, and are moved by the brains electromagnetic radiation and electric bursts (maybe you can even explain it to help me understand it better). I know the brain uses and responds to light and microwave energy, and it cannot tell the different between signals sent by neurons and signals sent by remote computers or microwave transmitters (this is called a brain computer interface, non invasive type). but I also want to focus on mostly the physical stuff with you, finding out what's wrong, getting a diagnosis. this information will explain how it happened, and more of my symptoms. So the jist of what our exams are going to be, are going to be to check my body and brain for damage that is consistent with abuse, and non-consentual microwave exposure. I may have damage from medication as well, like the high doses of Effexor XR I was on with left me with permanent antidepressant withdrawal, dystonia muscle jamming whenever I orgasm, and other damage. I have a lot of permanent pain from my now tense, inflamed, and chronically dehydrated and squeezing tissue. I have a history of neuroleptic malignant syndrome which lasted 6 months during an episode on Seroquel. I believe that I was always misdiagnosed and mistreated with medications and never had psychosis or bipolar, or any condition which warranted treatment with these drugs. Treatment with these drugs started when I was age 19 and sent to Oregon State Hospital, where I know they chronically abuse people with drugs. I have a good understanding about how the drugs cause continuous toxicity, delirium, and damage to neurological functioning. I just had no idea the drugs were as bad as they are, and don't really make people healthier. I was always on a down cline because of the drugs. During my stint at the hospital though. I was assaulted by staff and caught up a big scandal. I was not supposed to stay there, my diagnosis was ADHD and depression. I have a psychiatrist's evaluation on my site which shows this. The scandal involved the states lack of liability insurance, a staffer Bonita Tucker sexually abusing me, and the state lying about it and covered it up to hide what went on; which meant engineering my mental illness. Bonita Tucker also aided in two patients escapes, she was waiting at the safe house for her patient boyfriend, David Anderson, in 2007. She was not arrested, or fired, quit, and the state protected her. Details on my website. Newspaper article ran a year after the incident with her involvement. and apparently the state was working with the US DOJ and CIA; the state police were involved, the state brought in a weapon, a psychotronic/energy weapon. it is really an advanced environmental energy and imaging device. it can see and hear through the walls, do temporal MRI to scan objects and particles in real time, there is something called terahertz waves involved. they can also monitor all the unintentionally emanated electromagnetic energy released by humans and electronics. they have a very high resolution version of EEG system, which can image individual neurons through the walls. they can read and decode brain waves, piece each neurons signal back together, decode it to certain colored pixels, or sounds, or emotions, and other information ; to basically monitor everything in your mind, video, images, sound, memory, emotion, cognition, dreams, sensations, and more. the computer can act as an extension of an agents or persons mind, it stores information. it responds to thought. it also uses microwaves to link peoples minds together, and it can do: remote particle, tissue, nerve, and brain stimulation. this allows them to act like they have "synthetic telepathy" - or Electronic Brain Link as the NSA calls it. it links minds together, allows covert spying and communication. I was being spied on with this at OSH, and the state used it to sabotage me. Staff were linked up with it, communicating with their minds in secret, and they could see into mine, and watch me in private places, monitor all my private things. Right? So, I caught them on security camera, video/audio doing some serious misconduct, discussing using the technology to violate my rights, and spy on me "from outside of the building" - they called it a "live wire" - everyone in the state was involved. they ramsacked legal paper work, assaulted me, and framed me to look psychotic. this is why I provide Dr. Suckow's evals, cause I clearly wasn't psychotic or delusional. but the reason this is also important, is that in August 2008, they tired to murder me with this weapon. when I had tried to hire an attorney and tell the newspaper about the scandal, Bonita had just got into more trouble for trying to smuggle morphine and amphetamine into the hospital, they were also spying on me and I was seeking help ; they flooded my body with photons and microwaves, and my body swoll up. I had a 170 pulse, body stopped moving, I went into shock and started convulsing. they said "no one's ever made it this far.." and "like you spy for the statesman journal, deann major spys for the CIA" and "you're being set up to look psychotic" okay. they can stimulate nerves with multiple thousands of vary precisely focused microwaves, and neurons apparently use and respond to light energy. there is details about this on Wikipedia; they can beam audio, video, dreams, feeling, and other signals remotely into the mind and neurons, motor control, and other things can be remotely controlled. they used this weapon to injure me and set me up. from this day on, it didn't stop; they were always beaming something into my mind, or doing something to my body. it is nearly automated, but they design or instruct it on what to do. for example, whenever I would get around females, I would feel my genitals tingle, and they'd say "why do your balls swell Todd?" it was sexual harassment. trying to make me feel like I was a predator, because I couldn't tell why it was happening at first. my muscles pulsated and little buzzed, they whipped back and forth from the trauma; they can use microwaves to do a variety of things, heat, chill, expand, buzz, and massage tissue. it could be part microwave, part ultrasound. they said I had "dystonia" and brain damage, and used the simulated massage to try to loosen up my dystonia and to stop my buzzing muscles - it was an unconsentual experiment. I was being set up, they were never going to tell anyone what they did to me. after several months of this, any time I laid down, they would massage my muscles, and it felt very good ; it was complex, waves could follow my body as it moved, target my insides very well. but the massage damaged me bad, left my hard, dry, tense, and swollen, and I never recovered my memory or brain function. prior to this event, I was doing advanced math, the most computer savvy person at OSH, into video games, networking, run my own websites, shell accounts, hacked, and more. I also advocated for patient rights and had a job, I scored 800 on the science part of the GED, which is 99 percentile. 88 percentile overall, nearly getting the GED with honors in 2006. now I was a crippled mutilated mess, and I was delirious, recovering from bad damage. they improperly put me on Effexor XR at high doses up to 300mg, Wellbutrin SR at similar doses at the same time, and Adderall. which left me severely damaged once I got off it. after I pretended to go along with things, I got out of OSH in 2010; I was released crippled. I got off the drugs, which is when my muscles clamped down again, urine turned brown, and I started to have severe sensitive to orgasms, and very high sensitivity to Adderall. I was in the control of the CIA in the community. they had agents following me all over, I was being controlled and abused. they continued to use this technology on me. it's not the same experience that the people in the Washington Post article Mind Games had; they experienced remote control, torture, and experimentation, but didn't necessarily know who was doing it or why. and they had gang stalking and other abuses; agents of the government, they keep you in a false prison sort of, following you, talking to everybody, getting them involved, protecting themselves from involvement. I experienced this in Lane County. I was being denied medical care, doctors working for the state were trying to hide my medical condition. I was eventually beat up by two cops, in March 2011 - they busted my nose and teeth, they were involved in all this. I was being set up, someone involved named FBI Agent Roberts. These cops worked for Springfield, Grice and Bazates. My grandfather did witness the assault.. I was taken to jail, where for two years I endured torture with this weapon. they were simulating psychosis, hurting my brain and body over and over. trying to prevent me from talking. the CIA was in control of Lane County jail, the deputies had access to this weapon, took part in my abuse - they would use this weapon to induce orgasms, using microwaves to pierce my genitals, force erections, blood blow, tingles, tickles, and "lick" sensations. they can impose vagina sensations, heat, and other sensations, female sensations. make you see a 2D screen of a girl, make you feel her emotions. and they abuse you, and won't stop. even if you get up the field stays and tracks your body, and they force you.. to orgasm, over and over. each time my muscles were jamming up, locking down, my vision and hearing going on, cause it effects all organs. my tissue would get hard and dry, I have burning and stinging all over. I am sure the muscles jamming up would cause brain squeezing and brain pressure issues. I had a hemorrhage from the squeezing in my sinus in 2011 - and I had high CK in my blood in May 2011. The CK value was over 700 for a month, while they abused me. They literally rigged it to fuck with my mind and consciousness, and keep me inundated with abuse, injury and messages. they said "no one cares anymore, die faggot" "you won't be safe anywhere, the sheriffs association and police union will get you" "eat each assault, outlaw!" - "no one will ever believe you" - so they would even use the word cataracts to describe my vision issues - they could tell when my vision changed, because they could monitor all my impulses, see what I saw, how my eyes were squeezing, vision going out, getting cloudy, blocky, fuzzy, and black. I think I have some trauma in my eye, from dystonia and microwave damage. they do buzz and dry my eye out. could have glaucoma, trauma induced nerve damage, etc. my ears are so swollen I can barely hear.. they jam so tight, dry out, and thus burn. I feel bad dead icy numbness all over my ear. the pressure is so bad, and I literally lost all the years I took care of my ears. I was an audiophile growing up. I think each orgasm causes concussion like symptoms, blood flow to get cut off, squeezing, and severe damage. the brain in my head is bad, it's like the tissue couldn't get any tighter. I can hardly move or flex my tissue any more. I also can't flex my ears anymore. I have bad migraines from this. I was forced to orgasm by the CIA and deputies with this weapon over 300 times in my cell. they do it ever few days to ensure I cannot speak or think. and that the damage was fresh. the jail refused to provide medical care, they were refusing to work with my attorney to hide my abuse. I requested MRIs and PET scans to prove and show my tissue was badly damaged, consistent with microwave exposure and abuse. the jail didn't want to incriminate themselves. I was released from jail 6/6/2013, now I seeking tests and evidence to back my claims up. I have traumatic brain injury, from repetitive multiple reinjuries. I think I could have a form of CTE now, Chronic traumatic encephalopathy. My brain is hardly functioning. For physical issues, I think I have bad dystonia, tardive depression, parkinsonism, nerve damage, and very badly inflamed, dehydrated, and constricted tissue caused by abuse with this weapon. I was diagnosed by my own MD, Dr. Hardt in April with post concussion syndrome, and brain stem damage, but he wasn't able to do any tests to prove more serious injury or confirm his diagnosis. I need to continue to get some exams done to prove how bad it is.. and treatment to try to get my brain and body to heal. chiropractic neurology may be my only hope. Whole Body Vibration, steam room, hot tub, massage, and physical therapy for treatment. okay, I am thinking that we need some mega tests to finally prove or disprove what really happened to me. when I come up, I know you have a state of the art facility. but can you also recommend some MRIs, FMRI, PET, EEG, or other tests that might detect these physical issues? what about plaque build up and calcium build up in my body and muscles from chronic repetitive injury? a muscle biopsy or other test, or test of fluids in my body other than flood might be helpful; I hope you can give some suggestions about this. and keep an open mind about the abuse.
