Hi. I read your page regarding Habeas Corpus. What if I am currently being imprisoned on American soil by the US Military in Modesto, CA, and they're beating and hurting me and torturing me. I have been illegally detained and I think Habeas Corpus is appropriate but I wanted to know about assistance filing a petition. I have information regarding serious civil rights violations, surveillance, and military electronic warfare systems being used on American soil. In the past the US military and CIA targeted and tortured more than 100,000 citizens during project MKULTRA; the program involved kidnapping children, raping, electroshocking, drugging, and dosing them with radiation to create assassins and spies. They brutalized innocent civilians throughout the United States; the program went black and classified after the 1970s but continued. I am working with several DOD/CIA/US DOJ whistleblowers who confirm that not only am I a target of the modern military weapons and mind control experimentation but also illegal surveillance and other gross human rights violations. I think I might die if no one helps me file a successful Habeas Corpus.. Hope you have some advise or could dedicate time to help me design a pro-se petition that would work for someone who experienced these abuses in the community in a civilian setting. I think this violates my 4th amendment rights to be free from seizure and search without due process; it further violates my right to liberty under the 5th, 6th, and 14th amendment and my right to privacy and equal protection. It also violates my 8th amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment and torture and corporal punishment which cannot be imposed even upon the convicted; I committed no crime and am not a terrorist, and they're subverting the judicial system by taking actions into their own hands to target and abuse me. Their belief is that no one will catch them or expose them therefore they do not live in fear of being exposed; this is normally the circumstances they go by to take out these abuses. There are at least 10,000 other victims around the country. Their surveillance system is made up of massive earth and home and body penetrating phased array antennas capable of advanced tomography. They have dozens of satellites watching us all even under cover of buildings; they have advanced electron spin resonance / ESR / mind reading/mind altering military radar capable of targeting any individual on earths surface. It's heavily classified; all the population is being watched with it in secret.
