Dear Senator McCain,

I'm pleased to see you saying that the other intelligence committees have failed to do their job when investigating the NSA, and protecting us from their abusive surveillance systems.

I want to show you something. I have insider information on new information, classified information. Information that was not leaked by Edward Snowden about the NSA, but other whistleblowers. I want you to become familiar with Dr. Robert Duncan, a DOD/CIA/US DOJ scientist who works with: directed energy weapons, and remote weapons technologies, satellites and radar systems. He says that the NSA/others deployed a system in 1976 called "TAMI" or "Thought Amplifying and Mind Interface" which has the ability to both read our brainwaves, and alter them from afar. The US government has destroyed democracy with these weapons, and has used them to conduct illegal attacks and mind control abuses on people, according to him. They are able to extract peoples thoughts, record what they see, think, hear, and feel. And they are spying on everyone with it, and there are thousands of victims of remote weapons attacks. Duncan says that the system uses 1.4 terabytes per second to monitor all citizens, and that they are working up to recording everybodies thoughts entirely (current systems only allow partial memory dumps to take place).

I just wanted to say, .. and Russell Tice also backs this up, NSA whistleblower, .. that they are spying on us with these space capabilities, targeting people, rigging elections, and committing other violent acts. Barack Obama himself was a target in 2004, and the NSA "vetted" him before he was even elected. I wonder if the NSA secretly rigged the election .. couldn't it be, if they wanted to maintain control of society and keep out people who threatened them? Yes, it's true.

I got information you should go over. And your idea to create a committee to over see the NSA is good; consider taking a look at congresswomen's Cynthia McKinney bill from 2006, H. Res 1026, which would have done what you want to do, but with a focus on COINLTEPRO and all law enforcement and all intelligence agencies. These guys, the DIA, CIA, NSA, DOD, FBI, DOJ .. they're dangerous as fuck, and these abuses have been going on for 60+ years. Combine all the information from COINTRLPRO, MKULTRA, and NSA Project MINARET. These abuses .. were investigated by Church Committee in 1976, but nothing was really done about them. The passing of FISA in 1978 did nothing, they kept committing all these crimes during black operations - the technologies, the development and research programs continued. Dr. Robert Duncan backs that up, as does CIA Agent Mark Philips who worked during MKULTRA.

Today, the US government is keeping everybody in a prison; an information prison, a mind control prison. We're fed misinformation, they spy on us and violate our rights. I myself was spied on by the US DOJ in 2006 with these technologies, and they tried to murder me in August of 2008, directing energy into my body during their CRIPA investigation at the Oregon State Hospital. I began to convulse, go into shock, and almost died. Today I have severe Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, ..brain and bodily damage caused by the US government with their directed energy weapons capabilities.
