If you review that video, Bill Clinton officially apologized for the governments non-consensual experimentation on Americans with radiation weapons and radiation. He apparently says he put into place guards to end these abuses in 1993, and he instructed through Executive Order, the agencies under him to investigate and report back their practices, to comply with the commissions report that investigated the issue. He indicated that he started the BioEthics Commission to safeguard Americans from these abuses.

The BioEthics Commission is disregarding everyone's health and safety, and has held meetings on modern day neurological and radiation weapons use on Americans. There are at least 10,000 modern day Americans.

I am one such victim of modern abuses. They invented a world scale radar/satellite system to target a person wherever they are, for surveillance and direction of energy into their bodies. They are heating my body, massaging my genitals and raping me now, and intend to kill me. I am here to inform Bill Clinton that the government is not peaceful, is violating all his rules and orders, and is ignoring our constitution, etc. Bill Clinton previously apologized for these types of atrocities, and I want to ask for his help to expose them, and get them investigated.
