I am in Modesto, CA. The United State Military has me in their control. I am illegally confined and imprisoned. I am being abused. I have been brutally raped and assaulted. I have been subject to military mind control abuse, tortured and left for dead but they do not leave me alone. The brain damage I have is severe and it gets worse each day.

I have the support of whistleblowers within government including DOD/CIA/US DOJ whistleblower Robert Duncan who designed military surveillance weapons. He says they are using a radar/satellite to direct energy into my body to assault me; The military has ground, building, and body penetrating tomography to remotely image and watch people even under cover of housing, and it's in use in each state including Califronia to spy on us; These same tomographic machines, which work by directing radio frequencies or radar signals at a building, or person, also allow energy to be focused at a person such as to heat, chill, massage, and assault or murder a person.

One such technique of directing radio or electromagnetic frequencies into a persons body is called the venus electronic countermeasure. When it's used, a calcium efflux will be caused, thereby causing heart control issues, muscle convulsions, stroke, and death, but doctors will claim it was a natural death. It's a secret assassination tool. It has been used on me and I have medical records on my website whereby I had tachycardia and uncontrolled muscle convulsions, and I nearly died. Afterward I spent years having my muscles and brain massaged with EMF; I am badly hurt, and have recently moved from Oregon where the initial attacks occurred. I moved to Modesto and even went down to Los Angeles where the attacks continued and continue on to this day.

I don't want to die. But what they did to my brain is the equivalent to what they did to a CPU processor when they didn't want it to work any more on purpose. They would take a hammer to CPU; it would no longer work, right? So they took EMF, stretched my brain out, and repetitively hurt it with EMF; causing now chronic traumatic encephalopathy and post concussion syndrome.

Law enforcement in Modesto including the sheriffs refused to do anything. I recorded my conversation between them. The Modesto Police told me to contact the FBI who did nothing; The FBI is involved and has helped set me up.

I am asking for state protection and an investigation. I want to expose that all California citizens are being watched illegally with radar and can be targeted at the will of the military any time with directed energy assault. The weapons and imaging platforms have dozens of miles of range and work even from space; the space imaging technique is called interferometry, and it uses microwaves beamed from space to do the same thing as their radar platforms that work from upto hundreds of miles away through the ionosphere (like HAARP, HIPAS, Puerto Rican Radar Field, Bazillion  radar field, etc)...

My website has even a psychiatrist discussing the bad things the military has done to hundreds of thousands of victims, including raping and kidnapping children, drugging people, electroshocking and dosing people with radiation and germs on purpose. Many of these heinous acts happened right here in California when MKULTRA was ran in San Fransisco. Many private doctors and hospitals like UCLA also participated and helped hurt people.

Now the system has been classified but continues. FBI Special Agent Ted Gunderson previous head of FBI Los Angeles confirms they have the ability to spy on, assassinate, and kidnap children and sell them on the black market, and that it's been going on routinely since the 1980s. This operation is being run by the FBI, CIA, NSA, US military, and certain state and local governments.

I am being stalked on the street by these guys and I am in danger. They have people locally in Modesto in control over me. I will never get my brain back but I wish the torture and terror to end. Please send law enforcement help.
