This is one of the fucktard attorney's protecting the state and CIA, who actually has ties to both behind the scenes. He has told me in private, things that indicate a conflict of interest is in play, yet lied to the court on the day I tried to get a new attorney indicating there was no problem. He is sabotaging my case, and has done no work in 2 months. I have asked his bitch ass to withdrawal many times, and he refuses. I dropped off a DVD of evidence, he didn't even look at it, and acted like he didn't know how to view a DVD in a DVD player. He has verbally abused me during our interactions, and told me he is not responsible for helping me if I was getting injured or tortured by the government, and he has not built a case up in my defense or gathered any of the evidence I or my other attorney proposed. I recorded nearly all our conversations, and one is provided here in the same directory. I have a video of when I dropped the DVD as proof, too. And then his email response claiming he didn't even view it, and that they didn't have the capability to view it... a DVD, which they have installed in all computers, in most homes, and use in court for video/audio recordings on a routine basis. This guy is obviously hoping I'd think he was ignorant, because IMO it's an example of him trying to lie on the record.

Listen to the audio recording from the court room. about an hour or so in, maybe 2 hours, he and me and walking to his office and he can be heard basically saying he doesn't have to protect or do anything for me. he is basically acting like he's not my attorney, doesn't respond to calls, doesn't believe he has to do any work, and has fucked my case up. he was also given the list in one email of many expert witnesses and has not hired any of them, and has failed to build my case as a result. furthermore, Mr. Andrew Ross he has committed professional malpractice, is violating my constitutional rights, is refusing to provide effective counsel, and is deliberately indifferent to my issues, and keeps verbally defending the District Attorney, William Warnisher (obviously sign of conflict of interest, since he is best friends with the DA). It's proof that he'd rather protect the DA than his own client, and worries more about his relationship with him than me.

He is a faggot, and I have like 2-4 other recordings from meetings. Everything this faggot says is a lie or excuse, and I hope someone decides to take a bullet to his head.

This little fuck has also ignored all the evidence on my website, as well. I sent him a link to evidence/recorded conversation between me and a military agent who worked for US Investigative Services, who indicated her belief that the technology was real as she knew it and given the context, she thought it looked like weapons / psych experimentation I was targeted with. The link was to a password protected location that both my attorney and the idiot private investigator "SAM" received. Neither one of them accessed the download, and still haven't today over a month after getting it. Instead, Sam replied saying she was not contacting me due to restraints placed on her investigation, but the problem is I observed both Sam and Andrew working together, conspiring to protect the local police who they're both intimately close to. They understand what's going on, and have set me up for failure in my case, even if they weren't both corrupt shit. Even when I made them public, the idiot bitch still didn't help. Proving that he's a worthless fuck who doesn't care and is obviously hoping nobody else does anything to interfere with his plan to sabotage my case. I think he believes, no one else is going to help me, maybe through insider knowledge, that the courts, the DA, the police, they aren't going to touch him, especially if he continues to protect them.
